Agreement to These Terms
By downloading or using Style Your Text, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the app.
License to Use the App
Personal License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Style Your Text on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these terms.
What You May Not Do
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to bypass subscription requirements or interfere with the app's security
Your Content
You Own What You Create
The text you write and the images you create with Style Your Text belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content. Because your text and creations stay on your device, we never access, store, or transmit them.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you choose to share it. You agree not to use the app to create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harmful to others.
Subscriptions & Payments
Style Your Text Pro
Style Your Text offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "Style Your Text Pro," available on a monthly or yearly basis. Pro unlocks unlimited AI Stories, watermark removal, and custom watermarks.
Auto-Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Apple processes all payments — we do not receive or store your payment information.
Free Features
Style Your Text is free to use for its core text-styling features. A subscription is only required for the Pro features listed above.
AI Stories
The AI Stories feature generates suggested content based on a theme you select. Only your chosen theme is sent to generate content — your own typed text is never uploaded. AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is," and you are responsible for reviewing them before sharing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Style Your Text is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or future iOS version.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Style Your Text and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Because your content stays on your device, you are responsible for backing up any creations you wish to keep.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
